American bakeries range from wholesale operations that supply restaurants to neighborhood shops that sell bread, pastries, cookies and cakes over the counter, and many of them also pour coffee. Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Ice cream parlors, gelato shops and frozen yogurt bars are seasonal in the northern states and year-round in the South and on the West Coast. Prices are posted per item, by the dozen or by the pound, and most shops now take cards and mobile payment.

Long Island City is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Long Island City follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Came here heading to the train station. The coffee and bagels are well priced and the quality is amazing. The person running the register was also great to interact with. Great way to start the morning.

So friendly and upbeat early in the morning. The bagels had so much flavor and some of the New York crunch we can't get in Denver. Loved it. My husbands only complaint was the medium coffee was too small but that's an easy fix, next time we will order a large. There was a small line in front of us but it moved quickly.

Rollin Bagels is all about bagels whether youβre picking a classic one or a hearty bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich. This little cart leaves you feeling thankful. Itβs spotless, the service is kind, and the prices are genuinely something to appreciate. Iβd recommend it to anyone seeking a fulfilling breakfast. And it brings to mind Matthew 6:31-32: βTherefore do not be anxious, saying, βWhat shall we eat?β Your heavenly Father knows that you need them all." Itβs a nice reminder that, even in the little things, weβre cared for.

Top notch bagel. I think they're special.... Crispy and I think slightly sweet like a montreal bagel? Unsure but authentic and fresh and definitely up to the nyc standard of bagel. Get the egg and cheese sandwiches. Add a hash brown. A bit slow and they missed an item on my bagel. Regardless, the food was fantastic. They'll tighten up their ordering system soon. Maybe give the chef the receipt order so he can more accurately make the bagel? Overall, fantastic bagel.

Came by rollin bagels in the morning to pick up some breakfast. Although it was busy, immediately the guy at the truck is saying hi and explaining the menu to us. They had some pretty good breakfast ingredient options and were all at a very reasonable price. Brought the bagels home and they were still fresh and not overly greasy. Would definitely come back for the food, the service, the vibes and the price!
